Franklin Ibemessie

Franklin brings more than two decades of procurement and project management experience across over 30 countries. His work spans public procurement reform, institutional capacity building, procurement operations, reviews and audits.
His consulting experience includes assignments involving MCC, IFAD, the World Bank and other development partners, with a focus on making procurement requirements clear and workable for the people who use them.
